Drill: Straight T-Drill
Purpose: To warm up the athlete before a session
Equipment: Football, wide receiver, 2-4 Speed Cones
Description: The straight T-Drill is a great drill to begin the movement process for an athlete before a training session. You will need a Football, a wide receiver, and 2-4 speed cones depending if you have a field with lines. If you don't have a lined field like we have shot in the video, instead put cones where you want the athlete to work too.
